Growing spiritually happens best in Christ-centered community. Creating additional on-campus housing supports CIU’s unique transformational education process and helps shape the next generation of Kingdom leaders.
How this will happen:
- Add an apartment style housing to the Pine View apartment complex on campus
- The new housing will accommodate approximately 100 students, faculty and alumni residents
Impact this will have:
- New students will grow in a Christ-centered, supportive community
- CIU will gain greater financial stability as the housing generates a positive net cash flow
